The City of Poplar Bluff has received many inquiries relative to when trick-or-treating will be held since October 31st falls on Sunday. The City does not regular Halloween so citizens are welcome to celebrate and trick-or-treat on Sunday, October 31, 2021. Many churches, civic groups and other organizations will have their annual events such as Trunk-or-Treat on the day of their choosing. We would like to encourage everyone to be safe and only approach houses with outside lights on. Happy Halloween!
