The United Gospel Rescue Mission will host the 2018 Missouri Day Mayor's Prayer Breakfast on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 7:00 a.m. This will be held at the Rescue Mission's dining hall located at 400 South Broadway in Poplar Bluff.
