On January 16th, 2024 at 6:30P, prior to the scheduled City Council meeting, the City of Poplar Bluff will conduct a public meeting to accept question or comment regarding the City’s MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) permit and SWMP (Storm Water Management Program). The draft copy of the SWMP can be viewed here. This meeting will be held to satisfy the State of Missouri’s public participation portion of the permit.
Questions and comments can also be made here over the next 30 days if you will be unable to attend the meeting.
