Code Enforcement
Code enforcement is a division of the City of Poplar Bluff Police Department in charge of enforcing our property maintenance standards.

Planning & Inspections
It is our primary responsibility to plan for and monitor the orderly growth of the City of Poplar Bluff. Part of our department's role includes handling all aspects of zoning and subdivision development.

Police Department
The Poplar Bluff Police Department consists of 44 sworn officers, eight telecommunicators and eight civilian employees dedicated to the service of the 17,000+ citizens of the City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Street/Cemetery/Motor Pool Department
The department is in charge of maintaining the transportation network, repairing and maintaining city vehicles, operating the city cemetery, and providing mosquito abatement services.
